Course Description
Our teacher refresher courses are aimed at teachers of the Italian language who wish to update their teaching methodologies, tools and skills.
Courses combine practical activities and use of ICT in the classroom together with the analysis of recent publications, project work and other materials.
Other elements of the programme include: Methods for preparing a successful learning programme; Various types of educational approaches; Creation of an ideal learning environment; Understanding students’ learning problems; European Common Framework of Reference; New methods for learning teaching; Use of theatre techniques, songs and new technologies; Managing interaction; Monitoring and revision techniques.
Language enhancement
Language refreshment program, according to the needs of the participants. Study of the syntax and particularities of Italian vocabulary and language evolution.
Culture and everyday life
Italy in the present day, literature, music, cinema, art.
Practical ideas and refreshments
New methods of language teaching; use of theatrical techniques, songs and new technologies; steps of progression; management of interaction activities; monitoring and revision techniques.
Teaching and enhancement
Methods for the preparation of an effective educational program; various types of educational approaches; creation of an ideal setting for learning; awareness of the learning problems of the students; judgment of the results according to the standards of the European Community.
